WHY creating  PFA ?

Every day, I see pickleball players wearing knee and elbow braces. They love the game and the social interactions it brings. They’ve been to physiotherapists, taken medications, they’ve searched Dr. Google, watched YouTube tips, and listened to podcasts, but the pain persists…
I used to be in the same situation until I sought personalized advice. Now, I’m honored to treat and guide hundreds of clients every day.  My passion lies in prevention, especially with people who believe that exercise, good nutrition, and well-being activities can keep them young. People who understand that their actions and habits can significantly impact their health!

I’m Jean-David Gagné, JD, founder of the Pickleball Fitness Academy. With 24 years as an athletic therapist, I’ve worked with elite athletes, golfers and active people like you. My journey began with 15 years in competitive swimming, which fueled my passion for sports therapy. Now, I’m dedicated to helping Pickleball players achieve their best, combining my love for sports with a relentless pursuit of excellence.
